Off Leash K9 Training of Maine

We had our olde english Bulldogge Blade attend the 2 week board program in April. He was about 11 months old. Austin was his trainer, we were extremely pleased with everything he had learned . Austin was in constant contact with us and he kept us posted with many videos and pictures . Austin has kept in contact with us since then, and checks in to see Blades progress. We have added 2 more to our crew and in a few more months the girls will hopefully be going to the same 2 week program.

My 8 month old puppy is a new dog! Travis is a miracle worker. Oliver is now confident and calm. I can take him anywhere and know he will be obedient, polite and have fun. I have only had him home for a week, but we have been on adventures everyday. Travis sent videos frequently and I could tell Oliver was having fun as well as being transformed. If u are considering dog training I highly recommend Travis and off leash K9.

We sent our one year old golden retriever for a two week board and train with Austin and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Austin did a great job teaching Ollie the foundation he needed for training and also taught us everything we needed to know to continue the work after the board and train was over. There was great communication between the trainer and ourselves during Ollie’s stay with daily updates on everything he was learning and how he was doing. Thanks to Off Leash K9 training Ollie is now trusted off leash and can enjoy the freedom of exploring on our adventures in a safe way!

I cannot say enough good things about Off Leash K9 Training of Maine. We did the 2 week boarding E-Collar training. With our dog Pepper it was like night and day from when we dropped her off and picked her up. We loved her trainer Austin too! He was kind and professional during the drop-off and sent us sweet videos with updates everyday showcasing what she was working on. During pickup Austin worked with my partner and I to make sure we felt comfortable moving forward with using the collar while continuing to train Pepper. She now comes, sits, heals and goes in her "place" on command WITH distractions. Most of the time we don't even need to buzz her with the collar but it is definitely an amazing safety net worth having. Pepper has a pretty strong prey drive and even with that we haven't had to worry about her running off into the woods after a squirrel while walking on trails because she always comes back on command now which was not the case before. She still kills squirrels in our fenced in back yard but then again she is still a dog! I highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training of Maine and especially Austin Avery!
