Last year, I adopted Tilly, a beagle/terrier mix who had lived the first three years of her life in and out of shelters and foster homes. She was such a sweet dog but clearly had a rough past and it showed itself in biting me (and only me) at seemingly unpredictable times. As a stubborn 20-something, I refused to let her go back to her shelter life, and made the investment into reactivity training privates with OffLeash. Though pricey for a graduate student, this was one of the best decisions I have ever made and the results completely justified the cost. Tilly and I worked with Chris King over the course of a few months and she has transformed into a completely different dog, keeping her sweetness and energy but piece by piece losing the aggression and anxiety that brought us to OffLeash in the first place. He obviously trained her, but also taught my partner and I how to continue that training at home - I often joke now that the training was for me! I cannot recommend OffLeash more, and cannot say enough good things about Chris' ability to help reactive dogs like mine. I have already recommended OffLeash to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so.
