We used Off Leash K9 Training of Blacksburg to do puppy training and were so impressed that we signed up for the Board and Train Program. We could not be happier with this decision. We were blessed to be able to work with Katlin. She is SO AMAZING! Seriously, when someone says "Dog Whisperer" from now on, Katlin is exactly who I'm going to think of. She was great with our dog. She also was very professional and consistent about communicating with us during the 2 week board and train program (even sending great picture updates). Sadly, about a month after our board and train ended, our little dog broke her knee. She was on strict "crate rest" for about 10 weeks and we didn't a chance to practice much, but Katlin came to the rescue again and did a refresher with us after our dog was all healed. The refresher was exactly what she (as well as my husband and I) needed! She is doing great now! We can consistently take her off leash and people are always amazed. We looked at Off Leash training an investment in the quality of life for our dog and also for our family.

His trainer Lindsey was amazing to work with and couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more dedicated trainer! She kept me updated throughout the program and even took time to send pictures and videos of his progress! We utilized off leash training for our Great Pyrenees. If you do not know this breed very well they are known to be EXTREMELY stubborn and very protective, as they are generally animal guardians. They are also VERY large dogs, so it was very important for our family with 3 children that we were able to have such a large breed dog easily enjoy family life. We had heard amazing things about your program and decided to enroll our Finley when he was roughly 6 months old. The entire process was amazing! From the initial consultation, the the daily videos and check ins, to the full owner training we received on pick up day! We even brought Finley back for the therapy dog certification. Our big boy is now almost 6 years old and we still enjoy off leash life daily! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to this amazing program.
