Off Leash K9 Training Memphis

If you care about your dogs well being, do not take them here. We dropped out 2 sweeat rotties off for 2 weeks together for training. Our female dog went into heat 4 days into the training and we were told to come pick just her up (understandable), when we got to the facility to pick he up, Alex (who had her for those days) told us we needed to take our younger male to the vet (no mention on the phone of this) because he was limping funny after hurting himself, with no explanation on why he was hurt. She even said it could be something that could eventually lead to a amputation. Both girls look very nervous as they told us this. Both dogs looked scared as I've ever seen them. When we got them home, we noticed our female dog had an injury on her foot also with bo mention of it. They couldn't tell us how he got hurt but we were told the dogs would be crated when they aren't being trained. We had a long talk about what we wanted worked on with them but she just worked on normal word commands instead of what we asked them to work on. They train them the way they want to regardless of what needs the owner wants addressed. We were told they would call us to set up the rest of the training but I'm kind of glad they never called because I wouldn't take them back anyway. Alex did text and ask about the male who got injured but silence since the 2 texts. I have a feeling another dog got into a fight with our male and the female ripped her foot trying to get out of the crate to protect him. Not saying that's what happened but they couldn't tell me what actually happened which is very fishy especially after how nervous they were when we picked them up. They also could have taken our boy to the vet and paid for it as it happened in their care. Bottom line, they couldn't even tell me why one was hurt or even that the other one was injured. Alex used a choke collar that was too small for our female and they both had scabs on their necks from the collars. Maybe the 2 rotties were too much for one person but we were assured they would be in could hands with Alex. Very disappointed in their service, I should have listened to my instincts on leaving our dogs , who our our world, with strangers to train them. Never did that in my life and never will again. 2000 bucks for 4 days of training to have them both injured was not worth it. I'm glad I didn't have to pay the full amount up front or I'd be out almost 6 grand. No offer of a refund for the horrible treatment of them. Alex should not be trying to train big dogs. Do not leave your dogs in their care if you care about them. Very unprofessional and doshonest
