Our dog, Gunner, is 6 years old. He was our son's dog and we've had him for 3 years. He was untrained, but a good dog. Due to foot surgery and age for both my husband and myself, it was really hard walking him and getting him to come to us. He pulled where he wanted to go and ignored us when we called him. It's now been several weeks since he was with Mandy for stay and train, but the difference is amazing. Walking him is so much easier. Previously, when we picked up after him, he would pull us as we were doing it, so it was like trying to pick up a moving target. Now, I tell him to sit and stay while I pick up and he does! We're continuing to use the methods Mandy taught us, so Gunner is learning we're all on the same page for consistancy. We are so appreciative of Mandy. She took into consideration our personal pain points and Gunner's behavior and applied the training to each. She has a wonderful personality and a lot of energy and love for dogs. We highly recommend her for training anyone's dog.

She spoke to us about our dog during drop off asking questions to get an understanding of what we expected during the training. Every day she sent photos or videos of his progression. At turn over she went over everything with us and made sure we didn’t have any questions before we left. She laid very good foundations for us to continue to improve, tweak and build on to let us get our dog to what we want. Mandy is very dedicated, experienced, enthusiastic and sincere when working with the dogs. She is wanting us to keep in touch while we work with our dog further. Our new puppy will probably be meeting her soon.

Our 5 1/2 month lab puppy got the experience of a lifetime with the head trainer, Mandy Vickers. Prior to training, I was able to do mini home training commands. However, training a dog to do a few commands vs being able to have a dog fully committed to the training and be able to perform commands in high population environments is a whole different level. Yes, this is just a 2 week course, but the quality of training provided was just as promised. Our trainer, Mandy, did an excellent job not only with our dog but with us. She sent videos of training everyday and kept us well informed throughout the day. Mandy answered every question we had and gave us ample amount of information on how we should continue training after our dog returns home.
On pick up day, we were able to see how much our dog loved working with Mandy and how much he trusted her. We then got a full walk through of our training while being out in public which was an insane amount of fun. We were able to interact with our newly trained puppy as Mandy let us know what we were doing good and what we could do to improve.
After returning home, we still had a few questions but Mandy was able to answer them all. The Off Leash training is a great place for your dog to be trained, but we give all our thanks to Mandy! I hope future dog parents get the same great experience we did- but I would totally ask for Mandy.
