Andrea has been amazing with my crazy chocolate lab pup! After just one lesson Andrea taught her to use the brain I thought she was lacking 😅 Her confidence level has boosted and she’s doing amazing on outings to stores and parks and at home. I feel like I have a new dog! The one I had really hoped for her to be, and was scared she would never be able to become. I can’t thank Andrea enough for equipping me and Lily with skills to improve our skills 😁

We have a very energetic but sweet and loving 2.5 year old rescue pittie who was in need of stronger training and guidance than we knew how to give. We have tried other training programs and they didn’t seem to work at all. Going once a week for an hour wasn’t cutting it for us. And then came Andrea! This training program was the best idea that we have ever had! She made us excited and feel at ease to be sending our baby to a stranger for 2 weeks. We got daily updates and the communication was fantastic. We could see her progress as she was there. You could tell how much experience and passion Andrea has for training dogs as well as a love for all of them! It was worth every penny and would recommend time and time again for anyone looking for training and obedience for their dog of any age! We thought this was going to be amazing but we underestimated just how amazing it was! Thanks Andrea and off leash training for everything!

We are so happy with the progress our 7 mo golden retriever, Lily, has made since we began training with Andrea at Off-leash Training. Despite the fact that we had work travel issues and that she was spayed during our training time (giving us a big chunk of time with no training or practice), she is mastering heel and walking beautifully. We did e-collar training with our previous dog but it wasn’t until she was much older and had a lot of behaviors to deal with. Starting with Lily as a puppy has made a world of difference! Andrea has given us confidence that we can have a lovely, well-behaved dog, even in these ‘teen’ months! Andrea also helped us not be so uptight about Lily’s behavior and that’s made a big difference in our approach to training. A lot of people feel that e-collar training is cruel which has proven to be untrue. Lily has never been hurt by her collar; if anything, she is more secure knowing that she doesn’t have to act like a wild thing and now going for a walk is a much more pleasant experience for her, too. She is no longer food motivated for her behavior (though she does get treats!) which is a plus if I’ve forgotten to throw a few in my pocket when taking her out. Yes, training is pricey but well worth it. I would pay again for the quality we received.

We have completed the basic training with our eight month old chocolate lab and started on some expanded training and have been incredibly pleased with the training and the trainer. Andrea has been very patient and kind with us and our pup. After just one lesson our puppy was much easier to manage. I am able to take him on walks without tugging or issues. We went to a picnic with a bunch of people last weekend and he was able to listen and lay there and enjoy the day without Distress. We highly recommend off leash canine training, it has made our time spent with our puppy much more enjoyable as were able to go places with him that we would not have been before.
