Not true sir, you missed your board and train dates completely 2 different times and had not paid what was owed, you were on a payment plan and the charges came back for insufficient funds, we repeatedly reached out and spoke and we were waiting on the vaccination results and fecal that we needed for drop off, you even said we could recharge your account in writing, which also came back NSF; then I called you again today after a false text that was sent by you, to discuss yet again the payment terms that you signed in writing, you were rude and yelling over the phone, I repeatedly said goodbye and ended the phone call. You were given an email to further communicate. Even though all we wanted to is train your dog, we severed the training we were going to offer you and still will be giving you a full refund. We will not work with cleints that cannot meet training dates or their financial obligation for the training. You will see refund receipts in your email, hopefully you will do the right thing and remove this review after considering your behavior towards our trainers and myself. We do not wish to conduct business with you! Do your research in regard to the fake bot comment, all of these positive reviews are real, real people and dogs that we trained. There are however, a few negative fake ones from people that we have never worked with. In regard to small claims court, you would loose that one, we have all of the conversations recorded on our business line, screenshots of all of the texts and emails as well. Not to mention you signed a contract and then never finished paying us and missed your training dates, we allowed you to reschedule, missed that slot as well...even though per the contract you still owed us a substantial amount of money we still refunded you fully because of your behavior and yelling.

Jonathan, We were NOT unwilling to take your dog into training, we have the whole conversation in text which I have reviewed. We simply stated that we could not currently book a reactivity or aggression program because all of our trainers that work with dogs in those programs are now booked out into 2023. We were honest and upfront with you and you sent some very rude texts to my team, furthermore your review and your texts do not match. Your very first message to us said "She is aggressive to children up to 8 years old." We didn't classify her as a aggressive, those were the words you used initially. You later said she wouldn't bite but said that she was scared, but then you also said she was territorial. You were argumenative through text with my team while we ask questions and tried to explain that the program you needed was the 9 Week Dog Reactivity and Aggression program, which based on the info you provided is the exact program your dog needed to be in. Just because your dog was recommended for that program does not mean we think your dog is aggressive, as a matter of fact most of the dogs in that program are not aggressive, but it was still the correct recommendation from my team; that program is also for under-confident, under exposed and under socialized dogs. Your review is false as are your accusations. We never said we wouldn't work with you, we said we could not currently take you on your dog on as a client because of how far out we are booked in that program. At the end of the day, leaving a false review because you are mad with a company that is too slammed (as are dog trainers across the country since Covid) to take you on is not somebody we would want to work with, not to mention your rudeness to my team through text, which we have screenshots of for record keeping purposes. Not only that, then you go onto another locations page, under a different owner and leave another false and hurtful review and claim that we took down your review. Google does not allow us to remove any reviews. Trust me if they did, we would remove this fake inflammatory one. We ask that, with good conscious, you remove this review!
