Off Leash K9 Training, Jersey Shore

We loved our and Wellingtons experience with J and Jenn for their 2 week board and train. We rescued our Pit from a farm when he was 10 weeks old so no trauma just love but as he grew he was showing leash aggression and then it got worse. We have 3 kids at home who adore him and he is awesome with them but as soon as we left the house he was like a monster on the leash. Since our session learning what he learned he sits and just watches dogs walk past. He places when people come over when he was jumping and knocking kids over. It’s been a game changer over here. Big investment but 100% worth the peace of the mind. Wellie didn’t change at all but ALL of his behaviors have. He’s happy to be home that’s for sure. If you’re on the fence I hope this helped because I waited a long time before finally calling.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Jay at Off Leash K9! We recently brought our dog, Archie (18 month old Male Pitbull/Lab mix), to Jay for a 2-week train & board program while we were on vacation, and the transformation has honestly been incredible! Archie had issues with reactivity and fear aggression, and Jay’s helped him gain more confidence, improve leash manners, and master key commands both in the house and outside. Jay’s calm, professional approach and clear communication while Archie was in his care made all the difference - Including a thorough 2-hour recap learning session when we picked Archie up at the end of his program. Archie came home happier, more relaxed, and so much easier to walk and manage. We can’t thank K9 & Jay enough for his expertise and genuine care of our pup and highly recommend him! 🐾

I was so glad my search for board and train program brought me to ‘Off Leash K9 Training’. My husband and I are very happy with our puppy training for two weeks with Jay. He taught Loki the very important basics—obedience for a puppy should now be second nature. Loki is a good pup, very energetic, and very friendly—a 6- to 7-month-old golden retriever. He learned to stay and wait, and he learned how to walk properly on a leash, even with distractions. I think Loki also liked Jay and his family very much. It was visible how he behaved around Jay when we came to pick him up. An important note for us was that Loki was taught with patience, love, and care—which mattered a lot as we entrusted our precious gem for two weeks. Big thanks to Jennifer for quickly responding to our request and finding the perfect spot for Loki🙏🏻❤️ And big thanks to Jay for doing an amazing job bringing Loki into a well-behaved, wonderful pup.🙌❤️ I cannot express enough gratitude for everything! Truly an amazing experience! We did the 2 week board and train with our 6 month old puppy. The communication was great and we received nightly updates. The facility is immaculate. We were truly impressed with the handoff at the conclusion of the program. Jennifer spent ample time not only showing us what our dog learned but teaching us how to handle her. She was very informative, thorough and patient as she walked us through everything we would need to know. Our puppy learned so much and we are very happy with her training. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.
