We understand how important it is for both you and your dog to feel comfortable and confident, especially when it comes to training methods and equipment. We appreciate you sharing your concerns about the collar and your overall experience. Peppy made great progress during training and showed growth in both skills and confidence, and we want to make sure you feel just as confident continuing that progress at home. We always encourage owner involvement throughout the process, as it plays a key role in long-term success. You chose not to participate in the free consultation prior to training or the training session when you picked up Peppy. Your training is equally important to Peppy’s to ensure successful implementation of skills at home. That said, we’re here to support you moving forward. You’re always welcome to take advantage of the lifetime refresher lessons so we can work together and ensure you feel comfortable continuing Peppy’s training. Our goal is to support both you and Peppy every step of the way, and we’re happy to help however we can.
