I cannot recommend these trainers (especially Stevi) enough. The results from the board and train program left me in tears. My relationship with my dog started to be impacted by his behavior and poor leash skills. I started choosing to leave him behind and actually dreaded taking him for walks. I finally decided to invest in his behavior and signed up for the free consultation. After discussing my concerns with Dan he walked me through the different training options and answered all of my questions. I decided to do the 1 week board and train and had Stevi as a trainer. Stevi gave thorough updates (pictures and videos included) daily. I felt comfortable with my dog in their care and had no concerns. At pick up, I couldn't help but cry. Everything I mentioned as a concern was corrected and I know we can now go back to our normal active lifestyle. I have had my dog back for a few days now and I still can't believe the change. It's amazing the difference we've seen in just a short month working with Dan. Our rescue dog was becoming possessive over our new baby and was making it to where we couldn't go on walks or in public or fun places with her. She also has a really high prey drive. I was definitely feeling hopeless before coming to off-leash k-9. Dan helped us understand our dog and taught us how to communicate with her. Gustavo in Denver is an amazing trainer! I dropped off my puppy as an extremely anxious dog for the 2 week boarding and training program. He would cry/whine, shake uncontrollably, jump, refuse to walk with anybody but me. I really was at my wit’s end. Sam came home knowing all commands and overall a happier dog. I still have a ways to go but such a BIG improvement. The e collar is a game changer as well. Gustavo is a kind and caring person. I knew Sam was in good hands with Gustavo. I HIGHLY recommend Gustavo at Off-Leash K-9 Training! Look at the improvement in the photos. The first photo is Day 1!
