Hi Evie, we take the health and safety of the dogs in our care incredibly seriously, which is why we are deeply concerned and surprised to read this review. This is the absolute first we are hearing of any issue, as we have not received any direct communication from you since your puppy went home. Our trainers perform thorough daily video health checks on every dog in our program. We have already gone back and fully reviewed your puppy's daily logs and video footage—including from the day he departed—and we found no signs of raw elbows or worn-down nails. Because we take matters like this so seriously, we want to get to the bottom of this immediately.
