ZERO STARS - What service did I receive? Absolutely none — unless you count the privilege of having my money held hostage. We registered for a board and train program and were required to prepay $3,743.64—before a single service was rendered. At the initial meet-and-greet, the trainer decided it wasn’t a good fit. Fine. That’s her prerogative. But here’s where it gets absurd: it’s been nearly a month, and we’re still waiting on a refund (again almore $4k). Multiple requests have been made, and the only response? “We have 30 days.” Interesting how they could process the charge instantly, but suddenly need a full month to return funds for services they never provided. Pro tip: If you enjoy lending out thousands of dollars interest-free and waiting indefinitely for a refund, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear—or at the very least, don’t pay a dime until you’ve seen actual service.

Ashley was absolutely amazing! We sent our 4 month old German Shepherd Anubis to her for some early stage training. This is my first dog, so I was completely clueless on where to start with him. My husband has had experience training dogs, but with his schedule as a Drill Sargent the burden of training was placed on me. We could tell the difference in Anubis just after one week with her. He was recalling much better, and I’m so much more comfortable letting him out to potty without his leash on. His leash manners have also improved greatly! I know German Shepherds have the reputation for being reactive and we wanted to ensure that we get Anubis into training early to avoid reactive behavior. Ashley gave me so many tools to work with him until we can take him back at 6 months. We cannot wait to see how much more he improves as he matures.

Ashley did a wonderful job working with both our dogs. With one being. 8 yrs old and 15 lbs and the other 11months old and 111 lbs. I’m now able to take them for walks together and even take them into stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot. I fell with her help I was able to get control back in the home. I would recommend this program and especially Ashley to anyone that is struggling or is time constraint to train your dog.
