I am relocating to Chattanooga from Hong Kong. I have a rescue dog that is about 4 years old, very nervous around strangers, and is aggressive toward some other dogs. Is this something you can help with?

Can this training help with introducing a dog to a cat in the home?
I would say they can they have been great at introducing our dog to many different situations but this training is for the dog to learn commands and how to obey but they have been very good she still has some to learn but it is amazing as compared to where we started

Was considering this class until I read no observation allowed, makes me think abuse tactics are being used, that's not training, and probably needs to be investigated
I am always allowed to stay with my dog and observe. I am also given the opportunity to practice the training techniques with my dog under the supervision of the trainer before we leave. As a paying customer who loves her fury baby I assure you that abuse tactics are not being used.

How much to train?
That depends on what kind of training your looking for, I can assure you John is awesome and it is some of the best money ever spent.

I've already had her trained on leash but she's not really lessening without leash. My goal is to make her a therapy dog. She's not a lovey dovey dog. I've taught her to hug.

How much does it cost?
Puppy classes are 400 Basic Obedience is 600 Advanced obedience is 400 Get both obedience at same time save $100 so $900 for both

I haven't tried it out on the sidewalk yet, I want him to get more practice first. LOL! He's much calmer when anyone comes to the house. One of the neighbor's dogs came running toward him barking the other day when I was walking him without his leash in the yard and I thought "oh no", but I just told him "heel" and he walked back to me and we walked away...no barking, no running away, nothing. We've been amazed at the difference. 😄
Katelyn was an amazing trainer! From day one she was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and dedicated to helping us and our pup, Klee succeed! Would HIGHLY recommended Katelyn!!

Our vet recommended Off Leash K9 Training after our dog became too much for them to handle while boarding and bit a vet tech while trying to get to another dog. His anxiety and dog aggression scared us. Katelyn has given us the tools to be more confident in our dog and ourselves in less than ideal situation. He has learned to self soothe and ignore things that might trigger him. We are no longer scared to take him into public places because of the things Katelyn has taught us.
