We have a very driven 1-year-old German shepherd male named Ripp that we were able to do some training with. However, we are so busy with our two young children and working full-time. After much consideration, we finally decided to do the two week board and train. Kendra was Ripp’s trainer and she is just amazing! Ripp stayed with her in Vero Beach for the two weeks at her house. Kendra worked him daily out and about and sent us daily videos. We had many concerns including reactivity to other dogs and being able to have Ripp better under control. Kendra is so patient and so lovely to communicate with. She really listened to us about our concerns and focused on steering Ripp in the right direction. We were able to take him on our week-long vacation to a mountain lake and have him out and about with us. It was unbelievable to see the progress she made with each day! Ripp is extremely intelligent and Kendra challenged him and gave him a job to do so he gets the stimulation he needs! She gave us the tools and tips we need to continue working with Ripp and also training ourselves! Thank you for EVERYTHING, Kendra!!

I can't say enough great things about Kendra and the incredible work she did with my puppy during his two-week board and train program. She built a strong foundation for basic commands and manners, setting him up for a happy and well-adjusted life. What truly set this experience apart was the constant communication. The girl (Asia) we had was nice and informative. That wasn’t the problem. We contacted a few days after our second lesson asking when we would train so our dog would stop chasing the cats when bored (something we told them was the biggest thing we wanted trained prior to signing up). She mentioned all of these tied together for mental stimulus but that’s not what we wanted. We just needed a way to get her to listen when bored and everything we were going to be taught fell into similar categories. Because of this we asked for a partial refund. This wasn’t the problem. Asia was nice, informative, and good with our dog. Our problem was when I called because over text she wanted to see if there was a way to communicate this better, we were getting to the same situation: she was talking over me/cutting me off, saying our dog was unstable (literally both lessons we went she said she’s an easy dog to train until the call happened), and was rudely clapping on the other side when trying to get her point across. I insisted we just wanted a refund multiple times before she finally listened to me. The call was super unprofessional where prior to that we were fine with the trainer. Additionally, she said our refund would take a couple days to go into our account. I contacted a couple days recently asking where it was and two days later it then went in. This was a week over compared to what she told us. I wish we had a better parting experience. I can tell she is passionate about her work but to be rude because someone isn’t happy with service is disheartening hence why we gave two stars.
