Off Leash K9 Training, Augusta

We brought our 5 year old jack russell and 6 year old hound dog for obedience and aggression issues. Before we started the classes, they had issues with basic obedience commands and were very aggressive towards each other. After we finished the obedience, we could already tell a difference in they’re listening abilities. They both went from being nearly impossible to walk on a leash to having no issues and being able to walk them together. They both listened better than they ever have before, but still had some aggression issues. Ryan did a fantastic job at helping our dogs with their reactivity and aggression. There has been a major change in both of our dogs, the dynamic of our home, and we don’t have to worry about either one of our dogs getting hurt. Our jack russell is less on edge and more comfortable around our hound dog and our hound dog has a new confidence in himself. We can’t thank Ryan and Off leash K9 enough for making our dogs and home so much safer for everyone! We would recommend anyone with a dog to take them to see Ryan for obedience, aggression, or whatever the issue may be! We will definitely be bringing our new puppies back for obedience training with Ryan!

I scheduled my first appointment with them in June, and I was supposed to have 8 constant weeks of training for my dog before I went off to college. I was cancelled on 4 times, and I had dates pushed back around 3 times. I eventually had to cancel my training because after 2 and a half months of trying to get these sessions done, I ended up getting 4 out of the 8 done. The trainer was a nice guy in person but the communication skills were not top tier and the professionalism was not the best either.
