Off Leash K9 Training

Maple went to OLK9 for a two-week broad and train. Lauren was fantastic working with our puppy. Since Maple is in training to become a therapy dog, having a solid foundation of basic commands is key. Lauren was knowledgeable about her breed and patient with her distractible puppy brain. The daily report cards with pictures and videos were detailed and a great way to see her progress. During our hand-off meeting with Lauren, she thoroughly trained us so we could continue Maple’s training. We felt confident we could follow through to help Maple become the best therapy dog out there. Thank you Lauren and OLK9!

We were referred to k-9 by a good friend of ours, and we just got our Harrison back today. We are so pleased with Austin, she would send us daily reports pictures video of what they worked on that day we could tell he was very comfortable with her. She was very attentive and loving it shows she loves what she does and cares. She spent over two hours today going over what we should be doing and expect in the future I highly recommend Austin we are very pleased. Thank you so much.

We were just devastated thinking we had to rehome Cody due to an incident we had with him in our home biting our son. Since Cody had bitten someone no one wanted him and more than likely he would be put down. It was a family decision to give him a 2nd chance at life, so we reached out to Off Leash K9 Training and felt so relieved and hopeful that we found them. We had four 1-hour family training sessions with our trainer Eddie, these sessions provided us each week with the tools that Cody would be learning when he went to his 2-week board and train. During Cody’s 2-week board and train we got report cards from Eddie every evening with pictures and videos of what Cody did that day. We were shocked with the first video of him in the same room with other dogs sitting nicely and not stressed out! The transformation we saw during the board and train was truly amazing!! We were looking forward to picking him up and seeing this transformation with our own eyes. Eddie did an amazing job and helped Cody figure out what was expected of him. Cody has been back in our home almost a week and the whole family is at ease with his newfound knowledge of knowing what is expected of him. We go on walks, he is not pulling on the leash or lunging at people or other dogs. He knows his “place” in our family and we are very grateful to Eddie and the Off Leash K9 Training program!
