Horrible. Absolutely horrible... Instructor makes it clear there is no room to ask questions or bring up any issues u have in class - if you do, the only response you get is sarcasm. Totally not helpful. I have a 6 month old puppy who started acting out in the house and basically forgot how to walk on a leash after I started trying to follow Brian's advice about "correcting" my dog. Not all dogs need to be jerked around by a chain on their neck in order to learn. If a person does not leash walk their dog that way in class, you get barked at incessantly to make a harder correction. I went back to walking him the way u did previously, using another persons advice to address the pulling and the dog responded better immediately. His rowdiness in the house stopped. My only regret is I had to pay in full for the course at the start. If I hadn't I wouldn't go back for the rest of the classes. (I went to 3 with the dog and one alone, so it certainly got a fair shot.)
