From the rescuers, they are very patient and try to understand and explain everything with great patience. The trainer, Allysson, is excellent and very patient. He explains everything you need to do with the dogs, repeating it as many times as necessary. He is very good at treating dogs with so much love. I recommend him 100%. My dog ​​is completely transformed. Bernardo is very good at what he does and is also very kind. They dedicate their time to training the dogs with great care. Thank you, Oasis, for training Laila. My experience was absolutely wonderful! From the very first contact, I was treated exceptionally well, and I could immediately see the professionalism, care, and, most importantly, the respect the entire team has for animals. But I especially want to recognize the groomer. Her work truly exceeded my expectations. Besides being extremely talented, careful, and detail-oriented, she has something that I consider essential in this profession: sensitivity and excellent handling skills with dogs. Grooming goes far beyond simply making a dog look beautiful. It requires understanding behavior, recognizing the animal’s signals, respecting their limits, being patient, and making them feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. That is exactly what I saw in her work. The final result was absolutely impeccable. The haircut was beautiful, balanced, and expertly done, with incredible attention to even the smallest details. Her technique and experience are clearly reflected in the quality of her work. But what impressed me most was seeing the kindness, patience, and respect she shows toward the animals in her care. I am extremely selective when choosing someone to care for my dogs, especially when it comes to grooming. Finding a professional who combines skill, talent, patience, kindness, and genuine concern for animal welfare makes all the difference. The training center also deserves recognition for its facilities, organization, and excellent work with dog training and behavior. It is a place that truly inspires professionalism and trust. I left extremely satisfied and genuinely happy to have found professionals I can trust. The groomer, in particular, completely earned my trust. She is an exceptional professional, and I would absolutely feel comfortable leaving my dogs in her care again. I highly recommend this place!
