Hi! My Dog is a 7 month mini Dachshund And he has an issue with bitting everything and peeing everywhere... Do you think u can help me?

Hi MaKolein, yes we can help. At 7 months most pups have learned to relieve themselves outside. , I have found that it does take a little more than just trying to show him where he's supposed to relieve himself at this age. Also, at 7 months they're past the puppy stage of nipping and biting so I would say it's time to evaluate your puppies biting and come up with a plan to change that behavior. I don't know where we would be without this place or these people but luckily I don't have to think about it! Rachel, Shanthi, Donovan, Amber, Ashe... Kind, passionate and so helpful! If you want help training your dogs, go to NWA School for Dogs. I am not a person who leaves reviews but for this place? I could write a whole book of wonderful things! Our relationship with our pupper has improved so much because of the help they provided. Honestly, I think I needed more training and coaching than our dog and I feel more confident and at ease then when we first started.

Shanthi and her team are knowledgeable, passionate problem solvers. They observe you and your dog to develop and teach you useful training strategies and tips—all using positive reinforcement. Everything is presented in practical, easy to understand ways, and feedback is provided during practice in classes. Plus, classes are fun for you and your dog! Shanthi and Rachel have helped my dog and me navigate basic skills, reactivity and guarding issues, and the challenges of doggie adolescence. Their tips, strategies, games, and exercises have all helped me understand what my dog needs from me to be successful. Shanthi and Rachel’s positivity, enthusiasm, and professional observations have increased my confidence in managing my dog so he feels safe and less fearful in novel or perceived scary situations and we see increased progress daily!
