About Northwest Obedience Club
We are an all volunteer organization, helping people to train their dogs and helping dogs to become canine good citizens. Northwest Obedience Club, a not-for-profit organization*, has helped individuals to train their dogs to become better household companions, and for the competitive dog owner a place to train their dog advanced skills. WE OFFER HIGH QUALITY INSTRUCTION Classes in Dog Obedience, Agility, Rally Obedience, K9 Nose Work and other dog sports. We Help to Create Better Canine Citizens and More Informed Dog Owners. We Believe In Public Awareness on the Benefits of Obedience Training for All Dogs. We practice the highest level of good sportsmanship in all areas of competition.

Does Northwest Obedience Club train with positive reinforcement? (No martingale or pinch/prong collars etc.)
We started our dog there using a pinch collar, but they are so good in helping you train your dog, we took it off. Great group of trainers there. 25 years and now our 3rd dog using them!

How to stop my 2year old Japanese chin from snapping my husband when he take the dog off my bed at night.
When a dog is allowed on the bed it will sometimes see itself as equal to others who share the bed. Could possibly be challenging husband for top dog position. When the dog is not allowed to be on the bed this challenge is taken away.

I would recommend obedience training with a good instructor who uses positive training methods. That's a behavior you want to address asap.

My goal is to address the issue teaching him not to be aggressive under any circumstances my taking him off is not teaching him not to be aggressive.
