Our Labrador retriever just finished her week of summer training camp. We asked Liz to work on a solid recall , “place” during our meals and politely meeting new people. We are beyond pleased with the results! We tec’d daily update videos of real time training sessions with our lab. Liz talked us through each video with tips and observations specific to our fog, showing us how to reinforce the day’s training at home. Our dog had a busy week that most likely felt more like fun than work. We couldn’t be any happier with the experience and we think the world of Liz and North Star Canine Connection. I hope we can get on a list to do it again next summer. Here she is at the Pittsfield Balloon Ralky, totally calm and happy :)

Gus and Millie went to get to Liz because they are not good with other dogs. They aren't around other dogs, just each other.
Liz did an amazing job introducing them and integrating them. Liz wasn't sure if Millie would do well. She did amazingly well after the first couple of days. Liz knew how to redirect Millie's attention. Gus was also a success!

Kim was a fantastic trainer for our therapy dog aspiring class! She did a fantastic job preparing us as handlers but more importantly our dogs. She worked with where our dogs needs were and made sure all dogs were confident and safe! She is such an amazing trainer and we hope to continue to work with her in the future! Ash absolutely loved her and Sawyer!

We trained with Kim to start our Therapy dog aspirations. The classes were very good and Kim is a wonderful instructor that really takes her time in accessing the temperaments of the dogs. We really feel confident because of the class that we can bring "Golden visits" to clients that would love a visit.

We had a great experience in our Puppy Essentials class at North Star Canine Connection. Liz is a wonderful trainer and resource. She is very observant in the class and always gives you suggestions if your pup isn't responding to a particular task. We came in with a timid 5 month old puppy and left with a little more confidence and AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy. I highly recommend this class to anyone with a new puppy.
