North County Canine Training

Honestly cannot recommend them enough. Dustin and his team did a phenomenal job training both of my dogs. One of my dogs specifically did not listen at all, would jump fences and run away constantly. They were honest throughout the whole training and even said they wouldn't promise that he would be off-leash trained. I loved that they were very honest when they told me he was difficult to train which is what I had already expected anyway. He is now off-leash trained and has not made any attempts to run away. I've been able to take both to open fields and they listen amazing. Its seriously been a night and day difference for both dogs and the training was worth every penny. I've looked into plenty of other board and train programs in the area but didn't have a good feeling about any of them which is why I went with North County Canine. Their prices are very reasonable and almost cheaper than other places would have been for the same amount of time. I've also had friends send their dogs there previously and they've all said great things. Anytime something has come up when they got home that I was unsure about, Dustin called right away and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done to correct the behavior. Definitely cannot go wrong with North County Canine, I'd send my dogs back in a heartbeat!

My dog attended a board and train program for 4 weeks where she learned appropriate behavior one on one as well as in social settings with other dogs where distractions were her trigger. I too was trained to read and predict her behavior to set her up to be successful in these situations. Overall she is miles ahead of where she, and I, were. Well worth the investment, I’m looking forward to our walks and exploring new environments where she can show off her skills!
