Have you guys been able to reopen daycare yet? And if not do you have plans to?
Hello, We have recently moved into a new facility and it is under construction. Once it is completed, we will be starting up our Day-Training program, but we will be doing things a bit differently, namely with smaller groups and a heavier focus on training with end goals. We will be making a big announcement on our website and social media pages when it comes time, which we anticipate being before the end of this fall.

I have a bull Mastive. His 7 years old. When I correct him for peeeing in the house he growles at me and try to bite me. Is this a dominate issue. How can I make him stop.
Hi Cindy. Chances are he is not trying to be dominant. How long have these issues been happening? How are you correcting him?

This is the best doggy daycare service in Watertown - I tell all my friends with dogs that this is the place to go!! They are so nice, great with my dog winnie and even work on training with her!

We love the Play and Train at North Country Canine because our German shepherd gets mentality and physically stimulated throughout the day! HIGHLY recommend taking your pup there for daycare or training!

First of all we love Hedy, she was dedicated to bringing a blended k9 family of 4 large breed dogs together and we are forever greatful. Hedy was very succesful in training our very beautiful German shepard puppy ,two Golden retrievers and a American Staffshire to have a non reactive disposition towards one another. She worked with us until everything about our lives at home were stress free. All of the pups are very well mannared, behaved, fun loving and protective. Hedy lives and breaths the lives of all kinds of animals and is knowledgeable in all facets of their training. She is a very thoughtful and creative trainer who sees each dog as an individual. rather than just a breed. Everything about your dog and its inviroment, home, family and other pets are taken into consideration, when she formulates a training plan to meet your needs. I have witnessed Hedy teaching basic obedience, remedies on behavioral issues, nosework, agility, service dogs and more. Hedy is very well rounded in all facets of training and in a postive and caring way. She has dedicated her life to training. I highly recommend Hedy as a trainer you can trust her to absalutley give the best care and education for both you the owner and your dog. Her love and understanding of all dogs, regardless of breed, age or behavior, sets her apart from other trainers and is easily judged by the positive results she gets. We miss Hedy here in Califirnia but she has another calling in New York . If you are fortunate enough to to have Hedy as your trainer you truly will be amazed at how educated and experienced Hedy is in her field. Dogs really respond well to her knowledgeable ways.
