Jim was terrific! The pup I "inherited" from my relatives was almost a year old. Apart from being potty trained, my furry girl didn't have much for manners. So I was kinda sceptical since she was almost a year old when I got her. I'm pleasantly surprised by how the training is coming along! Granted, it's probably more work and repetition working with a grown pup vs. a few month old for baby, but we're at this point a lot more comfortable. She doesn't pull on the leash much during walks, and I can get in the door with bags of groceries several times without tripping on her, since she now stays on her doggy bed for a while as per command. These things made all the difference in the world! And my pup is now a lot calmer too, so win-win!
My wife and I were looking for a dog and we wanted training. A friend recommended Jim and we are thankful he did. Jim took the time to talk to us and help us understand what we needed. His knowledge and understanding of both the training process and dog psychology were amazing! We are so happy with the outcome! Would highly recommend his services.
