Absolutely blown away by Helen’s kindness and willingness to help our family with a big transition. We recently brought home our first baby and our dogs reactions were concerning us. We were desperate for a professionals opinion on their behavior and how we can best manage keeping our baby safe and our dogs happy. A friend recommended I reach out to Helen and she got back to me right away even though they were closed for the holidays. She gave us hope we can work through this and we couldn’t be more thankful for the recommendations she has offered us so far.

Helen is so friendly and knowledgeable! She is very approachable and kind as well as encouraging and validating. I am so grateful she was willing to work with me while I trained my service dog. She was flexible with turning our planned Public Access Test into a training session and then we took it officially this past week and we passed! Helen made it a non-stressful experience and offered advice for moving forward. She's an excellent trainer and you'd be lucky to work with her!! She books out because she's that good and worth it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Katie as well! Both my dogs graduated from Level 1 dog training with Katie. She was patient, kind, and explained things very well.
