New York Wolfpack

Doug and Thalia are phenomenal. We did a board and train for our three year old rescue who came from a hoarding situation before we adopted her. Having never been outside she was reactive to dogs outside the home. After training with the Wolfpack she’s been given a whole new outlook and tools to have a whole new life. We can now take her to the park and on the subway without fear and have the confidence to keep her training up. She’s so happy and confident. Can not recommend enough. Thank you New York Wolfpack!

We can’t thank Doug & Talia enough for helping us and our dog! We were dealing with reactivity, among other things and never knew how to handle it. Our dog went to a 6 week board and train and did incredibly! We had multiple sessions with them before our dog came home and more after he returned. It has helped us better understand how to help him and be better owners, as well as given him an amazing baseline to learn further from. It has only been a few weeks since our dog returned from his board and train and we are already doing things we never thought would be possible, like bringing our dog along to restaurants, having conversations with neighbors on walks, walking through crowded paths without reactions, it’s amazing. It feels so good to know how to handle his reactivity in a way that he understands. We have felt supported the whole way, and have just been so thankful to have found NYWP! Doug transformed our dog! I spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to help our extremely dog-reactive cattle dog live a comfortable life with us in Brooklyn. No trainer or method or medication even made a dent. Every walk was a nightmare. We would go to the park at 5am just to avoid other dogs. We couldn't have people over to our apartment. It was so stressful. Then, as a final act of desperation, we sent her to Wolfpack. She's transformed! She's trustworthy around kids and other dogs, can come everywhere with us now, and is a joy to live with. She still has her big personality and makes us laugh every day, but the structure Doug helped us give her makes her so much calmer. We are about a year out now, and the training has solidified. What can I say, Doug and Talia are masters at their craft. They made such a huge difference in my dog Gigis life. She is now a focused, balanced and playful dog.
