Same experience as Dakota. We had our dog there 10 days for training including a week of overnight boarding. Asked for a trainer to speak to me for 5 minutes to let me know what they were working on and was told they would call. Trainer never called. When I visited in person was told the trainer doesn’t speak to anyone because he is a trainer in training. Needless to say there is no appreciable improvement with the dog but at least they didn’t make him worse.

We brought our dogs here for 3 days and they were treated so good. They listened to every thing we said about our dogs and committed themselves to making sure every need was met. We will be taking them back for daycare here as we feel the human connection and connection with other dogs is good for them.

I brought my first dog here 14 years ago for training and now bring our new puppy for daycare and training. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Our Nora comes home exhausted and happy. She drags us to the car when we ask her if she wants to go to school. We only have good things to say about New England Canine.
