I highly recommend New Beginnings Dog Training. I have a nine month old golden retriever puppy named Huey who had to work on manners and walking. Kristi was amazing with him. After his first session, he already walked so much better. She spends time with your dog and then gives you direction and information. Huey had a second session and learned other valuable commands. It is like having a new dog! Kristi, I cannot thank you enough. I would recommend New Beginnings to any dog owner.

I highly recommend Kristi at New Beginnings if you're looking for a professional and trustworthy dog trainer! My dog, Rubble (Miniature American Bully), at the age of 11 months, needed some work on manners and what a difference I've seen in his behavior since Kristi began working with him! He still needs some work, but since she also spent time teaching me specific commands/techniques, I'm now able to transfer these skills on my own. Of course, she's only a phone call away if I need any help. Thank you, Kristi, for all your hard work with Rubble!

Called other dog trainers in the area, they all use shock collars. Did not want my dog to respond out of fear. Called Kristi, always responsive to our calls, and does not use shock collars to train your dog. Uses positive reinforcement, Kristi will treat your animal as if it was hers, what more could you ask for. So if you are looking for a very good trainer I would highly recommend bringing your dog to Kristi at New Beginnings.

I found New Beginings through Facebook. After reading reviews, I was convinced it was were I wanted to take my 5 month Lhasa-Poo for training. I immediately liked Kristi and felt comfortable that my puppy was going to be safe. Kristi is very pleasant and easy to speak to. I was interested in basic training for my fur baby Zoey. I was impressed that at the end of the first session my baby had actually learned something. After second session my Zoey was even better. Kristi is a professional and definitely has the patience. It’s been 15 years since I had a puppy. Kristi was very informative! I feel she not only trained my puppy, she trained me as well. She answered any questions and concerns I had. She gave me some confidence to be able to continue with training at home. If at any point in time I feel my Zoey needs a refresher course we will go back.
