My husband sent them a text on messenger, we are currently looking for a professional trainer for our 4 month old Malinois and my husband first language is Spanish so when he texted him he did a typo and put 4 weeks instead of months whoever was texted back was super disrespectful, he or she said it wasn’t. All we were trying to ask if they do training on what we’re looking for. Her or his response was “nice try buddy have a nice night” something in the mix that’s not how you should speak to customers that is looking for help

Your husband contacted us through multiple platforms regarding a Belgian Malinois he stated was four weeks old. We advised that we do not provide training services for puppies under eight weeks of age. He doubled down on the age and became argumentative. He also wanted the dog to be trained to "know who to bite" while also functioning as a service dog. We explained that service dogs cannot be trained for protection or attack work and that these roles are incompatible. Rather than accepting that information, you became rude and confrontational. After repeated inappropriate communications, we made the decision to block you from our business page. The information we provided was factual and based on accepted standards for puppy development and service dog training. We provided information for a service dog trainer in our area as well. No part of our response was rude.

I’ve heard great things about this place. We had an initial visit where we were told we’d hear from her soon and a rough idea of what our plan looked like for our dog reactive dog, but we were ghosted. I got a text back once, then nothing. Unfortunate.
