From the very first time I left Luke at NerdPaws, I knew he would be in good hands. I had to travel and was worried about boarding, since he had never been away from home for so long. But Tiago gave me so much confidence that I decided to go for it — and it was the best decision I could have made! During his stay, Tiago not only took care of Luke’s routine and comfort, but also continued his training. I received videos and messages showing his progress, always with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. I was impressed by how much more confident and well-behaved he came back! On top of that, before I picked him up, Tiago also took care of his bath and grooming. Luke came back clean, smelling great, and with an impeccable trim — it looked like he had just left a doggy spa! You can really tell that Tiago loves what he does and treats every dog as if they were his own. My experience with NerdPaws exceeded all my expectations. I completely trust them now and recommend their services to any pet parent who wants true care, attention to detail, and an environment where dogs are treated with love and respect.
