Nebraska K9 training Academy

Our English bulldog Max was like no other bulldog we have ever owned. He had a bit of an attitude and was incredibly stubborn. To put it simply, he was completely out of control. We contacted Caleb and chose the board and train program. Caleb and Sydney took Max in and worked patiently with him, and the transformation has been amazing. We now have a much more well-behaved dog who actually listens. He can be around small children without terrorizing them, and he can even be off leash without taking off through the neighborhood. Caleb has also continued to work with us even after training to help Max reach his full potential as a wonderful house pet. We are so thankful for the time, patience, and care they have put into working with Max, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their dog.

We worked with Caleb to help with our Great Dane puppy’s leash manners, obedience, and interactions with our cat and the difference has been incredible. Before training, our dog struggled with leash pulling while walking, chasing the cat, and not responding to commands. After her two week board and train, we started seeing real improvement and gained the foundation and tools to better understand how to work with our dog. What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained. Caleb didn’t just train our dog — he taught us how to communicate better and stay consistent, which made a huge difference. His approach was patient, encouraging, and really tailored to our dog’s personality. Caleb is always professional, on time, easy to communicate with, and our dog genuinely enjoyed working with him. We adopted our lovely beagle Sasha (see her in her festive bandana in the included image) from Tyler, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I are local, so we were able to come view Sasha (Wilma, at the time) and her littermates when they were fairly young in order to get a sense for their living conditions and their coloring (which has already started to change, Sasha is getting the most adorable freckles). The dogs are kept in clean, healthy, cozy conditions and Sasha was already used to going outdoors to go potty when we picked her up. Tyler readily answered questions about food, personality, training, and the transition from being with her litter to being with us. As a trainer, who has his own very well behaved and healthy looking beagles, I am confident that Sasha came from an ethical and healthy breeder. We also have cats, and Tyler offered to introduce Sasha to the cats that he has prior to her coming home to meet ours. The area where the dogs are raised also provides exposure to horses, falcons, and the sounds of farm machinery. Sasha has been curious, brave, and affectionate. We are so happy to have her and know that if we have an issue, there is someone nearby with lots of experience. Thank you so much, Tyler!
