Nebraska Dog Trainers

Nebraska Dog Trainers was a great choice for helping not only train my dog but also myself. My dog was very reactive to other dogs and Collin with Nebraska Dog Trainers was able to help guide and teach me how to work with my pup so that we are both comfortable in situations around other dogs. Collin spent plenty of time each session making sure that we had the knowledge we needed before leaving and that we understood what to work on for the next session.

Overall i would say the experience was good. Laura was great in helping us work through the training. That being said my Golden Retriever I got while working from home after COVID and she is very anxious. I am not sure this works best for high anxiety dogs my reasoning is that i feel she needed more than just the 2-week board and train to really be trained using an e-collar vs not having the e-collar. I wouldn't rate this any lower just due to the training and help seems acceptable just that 2-weeks really wasn't enough for us. Follow up training has been given which was great but it was suggested that I keep working with my dog every night to keep her refreshed on the training and the whole reason I took her to this training is because I wanted my dog to be trained for me and to just do the commands for me at home without me needing to keep training her daily. I’m sure this works great for others but my highly anxious dog is just not calm enough to listen to me to where I feel like I got my money’s worth.
