Zero communication from this guy. Had the consultation, and he was great! After that, not so much. Made an appointment with him for another lesson, and lesson was canceled with no notification from him. Still waiting for a refund for the lesson that never happened almost a month later after asking 4 times for my refund. Poor business practices, zero communication. Might be great with a dog but not with people. Avoid.
