Nate The Dog Man

We love Nate!! His website says he "speaks dog" and HOLY COW, is that true! We adopted our German Shepherd Xena in July 2023 from a GSD rescue. She is truly wonderful with us, obedient, sweet, and affectionate. However - she would not let anybody onto our property or into our house. We contacted Nate and described our unique situation and he set up a time to come to our come to our house for an evaluation to meet us and Xena. He was totally unphased by Xena's crazy behavior. Within 2 minutes, he was holding her leash and she was sitting quietly at his feet. HE ACTUALLY SPEAKS DOG!! We set up a weekly -in-home training schedule. With his amazing, nerd-like knowledge of dog psychology, he was able to train us and Xena on how to manage guests coming into our home. I can happily say that after only 5 sessions, we can now have dinner with guests while Xena lays quietly in the background. This is a remarkable transformation from where we first started. We will continue to train with Nate and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing help with their pooch!!

After many trials and tribulations of dog trainers around the area, I came across Nate the dog man.Nate has been an absolute godsend for my 11 month old labrador, Rusty. Rusty has had 3 different trainers before Nate and they weren't able to connect with him the way Nate did. Rusty is a rambunctious pup, but is no match for Nate. Nate is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, kind and extremely good at what he does. Rusty enjoys seeing Nate and has made leaps and bounds in his training in the small amount of time he has been seeing Nate. I would recommend Nate as a excellent trainer.For anyone's dog. He's earned mind and Rusty's respect and he is a pleasure to work with

Nate was awesome with our Kaido! Our dog needed lots of structure and we didn’t know where to even start. When we reached out to Nate he was more than happy to accommodate us and get us a lesson very quickly. During our lessons, he listened to our main concerns and not only did he train our dog but trained us on how to effectively implement these tools. He is extremely knowledgeable it’s amazing. It has been immensely helpful especially since our dog is very hyper and stubborn, his behavior has improved so much! If you’re looking for a trainer that actually makes a difference Nate is absolutely the way to go!!!
