Nate Dog Training

I called Nate because I just adopted a rescue dog. The rescue is a year and 1/2 old 65 lb mix of Great Pyrenees/Lab. I have a 70 lb ,6 yrs old Lab Retriever at home. Neither dog would listen to me , and they would drag me on walks. I needed to get them under control. I really like that Nate comes to your home, and works with you on scheduling your sessions. He helped show me how to use leashes in my home to calm my dogs down. Most of all he taught me how not to let them drag me on walks. Walking is now fun again.I work long hrs and their anxiety level was off the chart. With the help of all natural calming treats and Nates help with walking ,things are so much better. He gave me all the tools I needed for a successful training. I would recommend Nate to all my friends.

Nate is extremely knowledgeable in dog behavior. His training expertise has made a big difference in our daily lives with our 2 dogs. We knew we really needed help after adding a new addition, an 8 month old Goldendoodle, earlier this summer. He is our first puppy and big dog. He had no leash experience and we did not know how to temper his puppy behavior. Nate's training addressed both of these areas. I also did not realize how important proper leash training is. We also have a 7 year old Cairn Terrier mix who we adopted 4 years ago. She is a very friendly dog, however, we never addressed her dog walking/leash issues when we adopted her. The walks with her always started out with her constantly pulling ahead on the leash. And she would lose her mind on a walk when encountering another dog. Walks were typically not enjoyable with her. That has totally changed with Nate's help. In addition to Nate's expertise, I appreciate his willingness to be available to us for questions in between training sessions and going forward. I feel we are on the road to having relaxed, socialized and happy dogs. He is truly an expert and I highly recommend him.

My wife and I adopted an Australian Kelpie/ Shepherd mix . We already had a Chihuahua as well. Chihuahua’s are a territorial breed so we had a fun time overcoming those hurdles! Nate was able to train us how to help their interactions. We learned several ways to keep them tame while inside the house. Nate was also able to train us on how to properly walk/exercise on the leash. I never thought taking Bella into a shopping center and then in a store could happen... it did! Now we are confident in taking her anywhere with us. We just finished our training and are are stoked with the results! We would recommend Nate to anyone. We learned that no matter the age of the dog, we actually can teach an old dog new tricks! We also learned that Nate doesn’t offer a product, he offers a process.
