Nate Dog Training

We adopted a Pit Mix super mutt that would pull on the leash non-stop, lunge at other dogs, or bark at any dog she saw with what seemed like aggression. Within 5 minutes of showing up Nate was able to get our dog focused, calm and in line with his 3 dogs just feet away. It was incredible. I did not believe she was capable of being so good. We had several private sessions at our home/in our neighborhood and several group lessons with different dogs each lesson. It was helpful to be around all the different dogs with different personalities and sizes. Nate taught us as much as our dogs. We are eternally grateful! Thank you, Nate!

Nate is Outstanding with his experience & knowledge when it comes to handling dogs. We have an Italian Greyhound "Chaz the Spaz", he was so abused when we rescued him at 5 months. He's been through a lot, scared of noises, wouldn't go outside, wouldn't let me come near him, since we've been hanging with Nate and his pack, Chaz has done an amazing 180 with his personality and behaviors. Nate has taught Us a lot that we had no idea about these wonderful animals. Thank You Nate, we'll keep you posted on how Chaz is doing. My dogs are sweet boys that struggled with some tricky reactive behaviors which always left me feeling a little tense and over aware of them as an owner. Once I signed my dogs up for Nate’s Dog Training, they exhibited some improved behaviors after our first session! Nate is very methodical in his approach to dog training and trains owners in how to create a safe and predictable space for their dogs. In doing so, I’m now able to leisurely walk my dogs anywhere when I used to be pulled around on walks. I highly recommend Nate if you’re looking for compassionate and informative dog training!

Did my research on dog trainers that worked with rescue dogs and I'm glad I found Nate Dog Training! We got our 3 y/o Basset Hound and Pitbull mix last August and definitely needed the skills. He was very reactive to other dogs and males that walked near us. On top of having a new dog, we also had to have our senior dog (12 y/o Chihuahua mix) adjusting to the new energy in our home. After a handful of sessions and consistency, Nate has brought up our confidence level and truly changed our lives. We are very happy we went with him!
