My Shadow Dog Training

Jenny is a wonderful, patient, dog trainer and very professional. Besides offering classes for the average dog ownwer, to teach basic manners, leash skills, Companion dog and Therapy dog certification training, she also volunteers with her Therapy dog teams in working with kids in reading, visiting nursing homes, and even help the local SPCA with special cases. She has had to take back one of the service dogs she trained due to a lyme disease exposure the dog had and so we all got to witness how perfectly behaved he is and have also watched her bring along other young service dogs. Jenny came out to our dog rescue to work with the volunteers and teach us best practices for introducing dogs to each other, how to read and interpret a dog's body language, and how to best help a dog make an easy and safe transition from rescue to a new home. She is clear and thorough in her instruction, clearly loooooves dogs and her job, and was incredibly kind and helpful. I have recommended her as a trainer to a number of people.
