My K9 Buddy

Incredibly disappointing! We waited 2 weeks for Val came to our home and she mishandled the situation so badly that we wound up asking her to leave in less than 10 minutes, may not have been 5 tbh. After an extensive conversation on the phone, she had clearly not listened to anything she'd been told & showed up w an arrogant/condescending demeanor demanding we crate & leash the dogs while standing in our doorway. We worked to comply w the last minute request, the dogs were clearly triggered by her behavior & as we explained she was escalating things negatively, she made statements abt not allowing them to bite or attack her. Seriously?? At no time did we ever say there was an aggression issue, nor would we allow anyone to come into a home w a dog that is aggressive, we're not stupid. She made the assumption based on 1 dog being a Pit Mix, that was clear, so she's breed ignorant/intolerant too. If this was a standard request, it should have been made in advance of her arrival, but it was not. She did nothing to improve the situation like try to build a rapport with us as clients or soothe the animals, she stood there coldly making the entire house uncomfortable. We've had dogs for decades, we always hire a trainer w a new addition. Her behavior was shocking to me, I've never witnessed a dog trainer create such chaos in such a short amount of time. She had no regard for the animals or the people. This woman was rude and dismissive, my teen aged sons were actually angry at how rude she was - that's saying something. I told her that her communication was way off, she'd disrespected us, our animals & our home and we asked her to leave. A full refund was provided, it's appreciated. Val's chaos in our home was absolutely NOT appreciated, I do not recommend this woman at all.
