I can't begin to express my gratitude to the staff at My Dog's Got Class. My family adopted our dog at 2 months old from a shelter in NJ. We fell in love with his adorable face and we're excited to welcome him into our home. However, after a few days of incessant growling and resource guarding, I called the shelter and left a message that said something like, "I am going to hire a trainer and if this dog's behavior doesn't change, I'm bringing him back!". A friend recommended that I bring our dog to My Dog Has Class, which was the best advice I could have received. I can tell you that Adrienne, the owner and her incredible staff have transformed our dog into a well behaved delightful guy. Their philosophy revolves around thinking about a dog's developmental stage and positive reinforcement-rewarding good behavior. Since he's attended class, he's learned how to do many things like walk on a leash, wait his turn patiently and give and take play with other doggies. My family is thrilled. We have the dog we've always wanted. He's been a delight on the beach,well behaved at our friend's homes and outdoor restaurants. Our doggy can play nicely with other dogs too. All of this wouldn't be possible without My Dog's Got Class! IThis is a wonderful and safe space for dogs to learn. I highly recommend it!
