My BodyGuard German Shepherds

Such a big difference with our 4 month old Mini Bernese after a 2 week board & train with MBGD! He is way more receptive to learning and commands. We had trouble with potty training prior to the board & train; we have not had an accident since bringing him home. Eric was the trainer who worked with our pup during his stay. I was so appreciative of the daily updates. And when he wasn't with our pup, the other trainers and staff at MBGD would post updates as well. Eric not only spent so much quality time and training with our pup during his stay, but he also set us up for success by showing us all the ways we can continue the training at home. I feel so much more confident with home training because of Eric's instruction. Impressed is an understatement! The trainers, staff and facility at MBGD are truly the BEST! Thank you Eric, Julie, and all the staff who cared for our sweet pup during his stay!

Spectacular teamwork between the Trainers. I had a private session with Quinn & my Trainer, Eric Baldazo. We were having some trouble thinking of a way to get Quinn to respond to a specific task, but nothing was working. Mckenzy Price is another Trainer at My BodyGuard Dogs. She was busy doing something, but she saw Quinn and I were struggling, and I was getting really frustrated. Mckenzy stopped what she was doing and came over to help out. First, she calmed me down because your dog picks up on your feelings, so Quinn was getting very anxious. Mckenzy had me go through the specific task so she could evaluate what was going on. Right away, Mckenzy identified the problem. She had me make a few adjustments, and Quinn responded! You and your dog also have to work as a team. Saturday was Intermediate Obedience class graduation. We had to pass the CGC (Canine Good Citizen) test, too. Because of Mckenzy's help, Quinn passed the test. We were given our AKC, CGC Blue Ribbon & Certificate! If Mckenzy didn't jump in and offer her help & advice, Quinn and I had a good chance of not passing his test. I immediately signed Quinn up for the next class in the progression of his training. Mckenzy is the Trainer for that class! It's a very challenging class because we won't be working at My BodyGuard Dogs. The class is held at a Cabela's where there's a lot of people & many distractions. I know Mckenzy will work us hard, but I also know she'll be there to help us succeed. The teamwork that the Trainer's displayed is part of why My BodyGuard Dogs is so successful! Thank you Mckenzy!!
