MICHELE IS NOT A SCAMMER!! She has been in business over 15 years. People who are scammers don’t last that long in business. I’m sure many of you have dealt with difficult customers, Michele tries to work with everyone, but as we know, there is no pleasing some people. Michele uses a contract that is fair for everyone, if you sign it and don’t read it don’t blame the business, blame yourself! I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, other than people want something for nothing. I’ve been going to Michele for over 12 years now and all my dogs have been well trained well loved and well cared for while in her facility. Michele is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior, and will be upfront and truthful with you, but if you are not truthful with her, then she cannot help you to the best of her ability and that is probably why you were blaming the trainer and not yourself for your pups bad behavior. How many times has Michele told us that we have be consistent with our dogs to make them do what we need and to not become untrained? Michele gives us the tools and training, but if you don’t use them, it’s your fault if your dog does not obey you, not Michele’s. I personally know that Michele will not release a dog unless she is satisfied with the outcome of their training. She will actually keep the dog and work extra hard to make sure the dog is trained to her standard before she will release it to the owner. As I stated above, I’ve been going to Michele for 12 years. She’s trained at least five pups for me. I have given her name out to many of my friends and relatives, who’ve been very pleased with the outcome. Michele is NOT A SCAMMER! If she was, she wouldn’t have been able to stay in business as long as she has. So read the negative reviews and realize that you must go and see for yourself if she is someone you can work with.

DO NOT GET A DOG FROM THESE PEOPLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They were awful at getting back to me. I talked about a service animal multiple times and once I was about to get the dog from them, they said this was new news to them and told me the dog they picked out wasn't a good fit for a service animal but they'd be in touch with me for a better fit. I never heard back from them again. Now I'm moving because I have medical issues and asked for a refund. I've spent almost $3,000 for a deposit for a service dog. Now they've completely ghosted me. I'm honestly seeking legal advice because I feel like I was scammed out of $3000. This is an awful business and I'm profoundly disappointed with how I've been treated.
