My Best Friend Dog Training (formerly Man's Best Friend Dog Training)

So I have a 1 1/2 yr old blue heeler and he is crazzzyyy lol. I sent him for the 2 month board and train, towards the end of the 2 months I got deployed to New Jersey as I’m a fire paramedic and am with fema. Needless to say I was still down here when his training was finished and they said no problem! They would keep him for another two weeks, free of charge. Well I got extended for another two weeks😔 they are being super nice and working with me and even gave me a discount. I couldn’t be more happier with their service and how down to earth they are!!!

Got my pup through MBFDT and couldn't have picked anywhere else to get him. Strong foundation of discipline but also taught with a lot of love, my pup is a great addition to my family. Lee was great and made everything very simple, he was in constant communication with me as he drove down to Texas to deliver my pup. We spent a couple days together and he showed me how to continue to build on the dog's foundation, everything was money well spent! If you're looking for a dog that people will complement, love, and envy, do yourself a favor get a dog from MBFDT!!

We stumbled upon Man's Best Friend Dog Training and went to check out a German Shepard pup. We walked in discussing how we were not going to be getting a dog that day, but just taking a look at the dogs and facility. We were so surprised to see this dog and how well he would mind. We knew instantly that we wanted this dog. Lee worked with him for a few more weeks before delivering him to us (over 2 hours away) and he spent a few hours showing us how to work with him, introducing him to my mom's dogs, working with her dogs, and giving us tips and tricks. We had such a positive experience!!

I just wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Man’s Best Friend Dog Training. I initially had a coworker that was using Lee to train a working dog for search & rescue and recovery. Lee came highly recommended to train my dog in basic and advanced obedience. I have had dogs before and did basic obedience training myself however this one seemed more difficult, as a Husky/ Shepard mix he had much more drive and more energy than puppies I’ve had previously. That paired with a busy schedule prevented me from the consistency I needed with the puppy for efficient training. I initially went to the free lesson to see how the staff was with the animals and see the facilities. After the first lesson I noticed my dog responding better. I was offered 2 options, a training program where I got 10 visits for a set price and work with the dog at home in between visits. The option I chose to go with was a 30-45 day board and train. I felt this was the better option due to consistency and I also reside an hour away from their facility. They basically take care of the dog and train them a few times a day. After a few weeks there was a huge difference in my dog, before training he was unbelievably mischievous. I also went every couple days and trained with my dog to learn how to maintain what was learned and to handle him appropriately post training. I have had my dog back now for a few days and it is honestly a pleasure to have him back as he is much calmer and more obedient. I can truly say I had a great experience with Michele, Hope, and Lee, and I will not hesitate to seek further training with them for my existing dog or any in the future. They were very accommodating to my schedule even flexing theirs to make things work out. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed. You can tell they really love and are passionate about what they do. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed, you and your dog will both be much happier.
