Mutts&Manners Dog Training

We rescued Harry from the shelter in January 2025. He was supposed to be a year old but our Veterinarian and a trainer said he was a puppy 10 months or younger. He was not housebroken, trained in any way and full of energy. He was a nice dog who wanted to please. We hired a trainer but there were too many inconsistencies in his training. He pulled my husband to the ground several times when he was walking him.We were told about Mutts and Manners. We contacted Austin that day and he had an opening. Harry stayed there 3 weeks and then another to learn recall. He came back a happy, obedient dog who we can walk. All the neighbors have commented and praised his behavior transformation. His recall is perfect. He is a very happy dog. Austin and Krishna made it all possible. Harry now goes to Mutts and Manners for daycare and to play with other dogs.

Mutts and Manners changed our life!! When we adopted our dog Cash we had NO idea what we were getting ourselves into. He barked at everyone and everything, refused to come when called, pulled on the leash, started getting snarky with our other dog, literally all the things. It was genuinely stressful to do anything with him at all. We sent Cash to Mutts and Manners for 3 weeks board and train and he came back a changed dog! He’s still his same goofy, crazy self just with WAY more structure. He’s less stressed out, recalls every time, ecollar trained for off leash adventures, the list truly goes on. Since that initial training session we’ve been back for almost every one of their offers. Group training, in home training, structured daycare. He even went on “vacation” with them to learn how to handle travel! Having a relationship with wonderful dog trainers that actually care is now an essential part of dog ownership in my opinion. I always joke (even though I kinda mean it) that my dogs are safer and happier with them than with us 😂 Any future dogs we have will absolutely go to Austin and Kristyna from the very beginning. Best investment I’ve ever made.

We sent our boston terrier puppy to the puppy board and train. We were a little nervous at first but honestly it’s one of the best decisions we made. Our dog is still a puppy but he is the most obedient and well-behaved dog. They did a great job in building his confidence and creating a good foundation. They kept me informed throughout the process, made sure my puppy was loved and cared for while in their care,. They also provided practical tips for implementing the training once my dog returned home.
