From my first contact with Michaela she has been professional, informative, responsive to questions and above all patient- with not just Shorty, but us as well. When the first plan didn’t work she told us what to try next. She provided us with the tools and knowledge to have a happy, well behaved dog that we can take places with us. We are beyond thankful for Michaela and will continue to use Mountains K9 for any future dogs we have.

When we got Knox, he was very shy and would always pull on walks. After just a few classes, Knox was starting to become a whole new dog. I would recommend Mountainside K9 to everyone. The training has allowed us to bring Knox to many places that we wouldn’t dare bring home before. We can now walk around town without a leash and don’t have to worry about him running away. If you need some extra help, the basic class alone does wonders.

Mountainside K9 made the challenging puppy phase manageable. We had not had a dog in years, and with Michaela’s instructions and tips we were able to navigate the challenges of a new puppy much easier. We started with in house lessons at 10 weeks, and then group classes at 6 months. We have been able to walk off leash with proper recall since 6 months old, get rid of the crate at 8 months, and now we have our “old man dog” at a year and a half. Thank you Mountainside K9!

Michaela does a wonderful job! She is easy to work with and helps you in anyway you can! I promise you and your dog won’t be disappointed! Her classes are a necessity when you get a new furry friend!
