Do not bring your dog here if they are anxious. I brought my two dogs here for about a month & a half-ish. I was looking to have them get use to being handled by other people. When your dogs are brought in & brought out to you the dogs in the back go absolutely crazy which is expected to an extent. This experience made one of my anxious dogs redirect on my other dog while being taken out of their separate kennels. The barking worked her up & since she could only reach my other dog that's what she did. This was downplayed to me since no bites occurred. I was told by a trainer the next time I came in it was probably because she was anxious about the other barking dogs & tried to take it out on my other dogs; who she had been peacefully living w/ for over a year. She brushed it off so casually. I wish I had been told how serious the issue of redirection is immediately when it happened there because I could have avoided my dog having a bite history!! My anxious pup must of been having such a tough time there that she became fearful of some dogs. While on a walk a few weeks later we ran into a dog she quickly became afraid of (did this dog look like a dog in their kennels? my dog had never been scared of other dogs before) & redirected that fear onto my other dog that was half her size. I had to get my bitten dog serious surgery & now I have been struggling for 4 months to rehome my other pup which has been nearly impossible w/ a bite history. I contacted them & asked for them to write up the history of their training (which was promised to happen weekly when I brought them there) & an evaluation of my dog so I could be better informed of what was going on with her. They kept delaying & I finally gave up. All of this is to say is that I find this dog training spot to be irresponsible & poorly staffed. I wish they had informed me of what could happen w/ redirection & actually followed through on their promises. I deeply regret bringing my dogs here. I am writing this 4 months later in hopes that if someone who is considering bringing their dog there that's anxious won't. Hire a private dog trainer to work at your house where you can work w/ them.
