Great experience for people and dog.
Maria was a great trainer for my black lab puppy. She was very patient and caring in making sure that both myself and my puppy understood each week's lesson so that we could continue practicing and growing his foundation. She was also creative in our lesson locations so that my puppy could gain confidence in his manners and training abilities. Highly recommend Mountain Adventures K9 Academy.
I am amazed at the dedication and time spent on each dog that Amanda has trained.Watching her choose how to redirect each dog to get the dog to accomplish each skill is truly fascinating. It is her true calling to train dogs to be a happier part of your family.I would highly recommend Mountain Adventures for your training needs.

Amazing and caring trainers who truly listen to your needs. I was having an issue with my Rottweiler and cutting his nails. The vet recommended sedation but, he was still extremely stressed. During a training session I mentioned this to Amanda and she told me she would be able to solve this through training and the Place Command... and she did!!!! I am now able to trim his nails without issue. Not to mention he has awesome leash manners on top of it. If your looking to improve your relationship with your pet, teach them good manners and alleviate the stress of an unruly pet.... I highly recommend them.
