Mischief Managed Mayhem to Manners

They are the BEST! I was struggling to find a place that I could trust with my pup. My dog Baptiste is reactive so I enrolled him in a class called Calming Chaos and I’ve seen such a big difference. Casey, our trainer, helped give us confidence! She knows her stuff. I love this place so much that I enrolled my other dog Beignet in a manners class with Miranda, who is also awesome and passionate. The prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend!!

My 8 month old black English lab weighs 75 pounds. She's been going to school there for a month and she's so much more well behaved. I'm amending this review as of 6/2/22. I believe Lilly started with the program during their first month of operation, 6/1/21. Lilly is now 19 months old and weighs 87 pounds. If not for the training by Jo, Sam, Paige and Miranda she would be uncontrollable. She's a big, goofy puppy that loves people and playing with them. I highly be recommend the training programs at Mischief Managed. And Lilly still causes mayhem because she's a lab.

I would like to be able to give a higher rating here. Lack of communication is the issue and it is frustrating. Maddi is a rescue and we needed expertise to help her recover from her experience. Maddi’s private session with Jo went well enough. With Jo’s approval, we entered Maddi in a group class. We paid ahead for the whole class. After the first class we felt that this was not the class for Maddi. At Jo’s encouragement we tried a second class. It was not much better. Maddi was disruptive and her stomach did not do well with the treats ( just too much for a small belly)! My complaint is with the level of communication at that point. I contacted Jo several times to figure out what to do via text. She had suggestions about treats but that was not the only problem. I was hoping to either get a credit or a refund. I figured that at some point Maddi would be ready to do some type of class. We are now going on several months and although I have requested in several different ways for some level of communication, I have not had any response from Jo. With no other outlook for this frustration, I am leaving this review.
