Mirror Image K9

We love Mirror Image! We enrolled our dog Ziggy in the one on one puppy training sessions. He learned so much and so did we! We love working with Brandon. He’s super nice, knowledgeable, and puts Ziggy at ease even though he has issues with men. Now we regularly attend day camp and client pack walks to keep up on our skills! We had past issues with a different dog day care closer to home that led us to not feeling good about bringing Ziggy back. I never have to feel that way bringing him to MIK9 because I know he’ll be fully supervised and taken care of, while working on his training! And the price was very similar but you get so much more here. 10/10!

When we started sending our dogs to day camp, my dog was leash reactive and would bark her head off as soon as she saw another dog. I would walk her in a harness and needless to say, it was always stressful. Since our dogs have been going to MIK9 once a week, our walks have become enjoyable for everyone involved and everyday life has become easier because OUR behaviors had to change in order for our dogs’ behaviors to change. That was one of the biggest realizations. I recommend MIK9 to every dog parent simply for the fact that a lot of issues can be avoided when humans are set up for success when it comes to living with a dog.

Mirror Image K9 provides both the mental and physical training your dog needs. Our family has learned so much from this incredible team. They are our “go to” for any question. Our dog has been going to Day Camp since the Behavioral Center opened and we can’t imagine it not being a part of his life - the trainers as his canine friends are truly part of our dogs (and our) family. They are a pack. He comes home from Day Camp with a peaceful, satisfied and accomplished tired. This business was built through passion, patience, hard work and curating a talented and trusted staff. Every. Single. Staff. Member is professional, calm, caring and most of all, they are outstanding, knowledgeable trainers. And the team excellence carries through - management and customer service are top notch!

It’s NEVER too late! We stumbled upon MIK9 a little over a year ago and only wish it could have been sooner. All of the incredible information, support and training we have done with Millie and her Awesome team, has opened up our 6-year-old Huxley’s world of opportunity to enjoy and not be “rude” to other dogs or people! Dealing with Reactivity and “Big Feelings” was a real challenge for us. But after listening to the podcast and fully embracing their advice, we jumped into individual training sessions, weekly pack talks (which have been absolutely invaluable), pack walks, daycare and most recently, the Masterclass workshop. MIK9 is worth the hour-long drive to experience their philosophy and receive their spot-on feedback first hand. Trust the process like we did, and you too can build a wonderful relationship with a fulfilled dog!
