Mirror Image K9

I reached out to Mirror Image K9 after my 1 year old dog became reactive towards certain things and eventually started showing aggression towards me out of (what felt like) nowhere. We no longer trusted each other and I was worried I may never have a good bond with my dog again. I had 2 video consults with Millie and she knew right off the bat the reason for my dog’s behavior. She explained to me exactly what my dog was thinking and came up with a training plan for us to work on at home. When speaking with her I never felt judged and was never just given a list of things I was doing “wrong”, but instead, she gave me things that I needed to try, work on, or be more persistent about. A month later, we had our first in person session today, and after only an hour of working with her, I can already see SO MUCH progress. She reassured me that my dog is still just a puppy with his whole life ahead of him to learn and grow and we have PLENTY of time to work on our bond that CAN be fixed with time and effort. In just the few hours that we have been home from our session, my dog is acting like his normal loving self and listening beautifully. I look forward to many more sessions with Millie and will forever be grateful for what she has taught us so far!!

Mirror image is amazing. Their podcasts are easy to listen to and full of information. Each episode is clearly defined and stays on topic so you can get specific information you may be looking for. Jillian was very responsive answering texts with questions we had in a minor crisis. Setting up appointments was easy with availability and flexibility. Jillians sessions are on topic and tailored to your specific questions and more importantly to your dog’s specific personality and needs. We have to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there and it is worth every minute and every dollar. We have and do highly recommend Mirror Image to anyone that may need a little or a lot of help with their dog.
