Nobody likes to hear that their dog has a behavior issue. We love all the dogs that come into our facility and give them the best care possible. You knew your dog had a behavior issue the last time you picked him up and he was lunging at our staff because you mentioned that you wanted possible lessons to address it. You had two dogs today in daycare. The other dog who was reading energy from the lunging dog was also growling. My awesome team worked over 1.5 hours to acclimate both dogs before putting the lunging dog in a kennel where he continued to lung and presumable bump his nose. The first dog had a full day of daycare after my staff worked very hard to acclimate him. The phone number that we called was the number you put on the form that morning that you filled out and the same number that is always texted and called. You left us no documentation that it would be a different number. The short three hours that your dog was kenneled was also filled with exercise outside and potty breaks. He was well taken care. We also monitored him to see if he would calm down to rejoin daycare. Which he would not. We will continue to provide an awesome daycare service to our community and keep dogs and staff as safe as possilbe.
